Session Fees

The fee for a standard 50‑minute therapy session is $240.

You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate, private health insurance rebate, or NDIS funding depending on your circumstances. Please also take a moment to review our cancellation policy below.

Medicare

Families who have a Medicare Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) from their GP may be eligible to access subsidised sessions. Your GP can provide this referral and discuss your eligibility with you.

Please note that full payment of $240 is required at the end of each session. After payment, we will process the Medicare rebate of $98.95 on your behalf, leaving an out-of-pocket cost of $141.05.

Private Health Insurance

Many private health insurance providers offer rebates for psychological services. Coverage varies between insurers, so it’s best to check directly with your provider. Private health rebates can be claimed by you after your session. 

NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme)

Children may be able to access psychology through their NDIS funding. Participants are charged at the NDIS scheduled rate for services. 

Self-Funded Sessions

Families who are not accessing Medicare, private health, or NDIS funding are welcome to attend sessions at the full fee. 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life with children can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee. If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible — we will always do our best to support you.
